Description of the plugin Ultra Permissions:​

Ultra Permissions is a permission plugin for the next generation minecraft server that can be fully configured through in-game interfaces. It offers you permissions based on installed plugins, visualizes permission checks, and manages your chat in one interface.

Ultra Permissions plugin commands:​

/uperms - the main plugin command to open the GUI menu for plugin settings. (Read the installation instructions to get access to the command)



/ upc AddGroup (Nickname) (Group) (additional options) - Add a group to the player
/upc AddGroupPermission (Group) (Right) (additional options) - Add the right to the group
/upc AddPlayerPermission (Nickname) (Right) (additional options) - Add the right to the player
/upc AddSuperAdmin (Nickname) - Add a user to manage the plugin and rights
/upc RemoveGroup (Nickname) (Group) - Remove the group
/upc RemoveGroupPermission (Group) (Right) - Remove the right from a specific group
/upc RemovePlayerPermission (Nickname) ) (Right) - Remove the right from a certain player
/upc RemoveSuperAdmin (Nickname) - Take away access to the plugin from the user
/upc SetGroups (Nickname) (Groups)- Set a group for the player
/upc SetPlayerPrefix (Nick) (Prefix) - Add the prefix to the player
/upc SetPlayerSuffix (Nick) (Suffix) - Add the suffix to the player
/upc Transfer (File/MySQL) (File/MySQL) - Convert the database to a file , or vice versa.

/upc setGroupPriority (Group) (Priority) - If you have many groups, you can sort them with this command instead of using the GUI.

/ upc createGroup <Group name> - Command for creating a group with a command

/upc copyGroup <Group> <copyGroupName> - Create an exact copy of this group (no users)

/upc deleteUser <User> - command to delete all data of the given player. This command is similar to the Delete GUI function.

/upc TransferAccount <All|Groups|Permissions> <Append|Overwrite> <From> <To> is a command to transfer selected data from one user to another. A more detailed explanation can be found in our wiki.

/upc setGroupPriority {Group} {Priority) - If you have many groups, you can sort them with this command instead of using the GUI.

These commands are mainly added for automation, as everything can be more conveniently managed through a graphical interface.

Ultra Permissions Plugin Variables:​

These variables can only be used after installing the PlaceholderAPI and only with a plugin that supports them.



%uperms_prefixes% Example: &e&lMain &a&lTrader - Shows all prefixes that the player separated by a space.

%uperms_prefix% Example : &e&lMain - Shows the first prefix the player has.

%uperms_rank% Example: Master — Shows the name of the first rank the player has.

%uperms_rank_timer% Example: 3 minutes, 20 seconds - Shows the remaining time of the first time group.

%uperms_secondaryprefix% Example: &a&lTrader — Same as %uperms_prefix% but with a second group.

%uperms_secondarysuffix% Example: &a - Same as %uperms_suffix% but with a second group.

%uperms_suffixes% Example: &e &a - Shows all suffixes that the player separated by a space.

%uperms_suffix% Example: &e - Displays the first suffix the player has.

%uperms_ranks% - Returns a list of all ranks the user has.

%uperms_permission_timer_<permission>% - Shows the remaining time of a given permission

%uperms_rank_timer_<rank>% - Shows the remaining time of a certain rank

%uperms_has_permission_<permission>% - Returns if the user has a specific permission

%uperms_has_group_<group>% - Returns if the user has a specific group

%uperms_inherits_group_<group>% - Returns if the user inherits directly from a group or indirectly through another group

%uperms_prefix_color% - Returns the color of the first rank prefix

%uperms_suffix_color% - Returns the color of the first rank suffix.

The rights of the plugin Ultra Permissions:​

The plugin has no rights. To open the plugin's configuration menu, enter the command upc addSuperadmin (your nickname) into the console , then you can manage the plugin. Read more in the installation instructions.

How to install the Ultra Permissions plugin?​

Typical installation​

1. After restarting the server with the plugin file loaded on the server in the plugins folder.
2. Type upc addSuperadmin [your nickname ] into the server console to gain administrative access to it.
3. Now run the /uperms command in the game to open the GUI!
4. It is through it that the plugin is configured.

Network Installation (BungeeCord)​

Important: Make sure bungeecord is set to true in EVERY spigot.yml before installing .


First install UltraPermissions.jar on every server including BungeeCord.
The next step is to enable MySQL for each server through an intuitive interface.
Run upc addSuperadmin (your nickname) via the console to access /uperms
Run /uperms , go to Settings > MySQL and enter your MySQL credentials.
Reboot Your Server
After you've repeated this process for each server, Ultra Permissions should now be fully functional!
