Citizens Plugin Description:
Citizens is a plugin that will add Citizen NPCs to your server. They can be used for decoration, and you can also use it to create an npc store, this is used on many servers, or you can simply create a server with quests, in which this plugin is indispensable...List of supported versions:

PLEASE BACKUP YOUR WORLDS, CITIZENS (NPC) DATA AND SERVER DATA BEFORE UPDATE
Citizens plugin commands:
/citizens reload - Reload configs/citizens save - Save everything (be sure to use it after setting up the NPC)
/citizens help - Plugin help page
/npc help - Statue help page
/trait help - Show trade help menu
/script help - Show script help menu
/template help - Template help page
/waypoints help - Show waypoint help menu
Commands for NPCs (Statues)
General commands used by all NPCs./npc create "Name" - Create a villager.
/npc look - Revive villager (Will turn around for you).
/npc skin "Skin" - Set the villager's skin.
/npc rename "Name" - Rename a villager.
/npc equip - Give a villager an item.
/npc tpto "resident_id" "Your_nick" - Teleport a villager to you.
/npc tpto "Your_nickname" "Inhabitant_ID" - Teleport to a villager.
/npc remove "ID" - Remove an inhabitant.
/npc list - Show all residents on the server.
/npc type "Mob" - Turn a villager into a mob. (For example: zombie - zombie, skeleton - skeleton, etc.)
/npc age - Set the age of the NPC
